Preventive Cardiology

Personalized care to lower your risk of heart attack and stroke. We assess blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, family history, and lifestyle—then create a plan for nutrition, activity, sleep, and (when needed) medications to keep your heart healthy.

Consultative Cardiology

An in-depth evaluation by a cardiologist for symptoms, second opinions, or complex conditions. We review your history and tests, perform a focused exam, order any needed studies, and coordinate a clear treatment plan with your primary clinician.

Echocardiogram

An ultrasound exam that uses sound waves to create live images of your heart. It helps evaluate pumping strength, valve function, and fluid around the heart. A technician moves a small probe with gel on your chest; the test is noninvasive and uses no radiation.

Renal (Peripheral Vascular Ultrasound)

Ultrasound of the kidney arteries to look for narrowing that can cause high blood pressure or reduce kidney function. Gel is applied to the abdomen and a probe assesses blood flow with Doppler; often a brief fast is recommended. Noninvasive, no radiation.

Abdominal Aortic Ultrasound (Peripheral Vascular Ultrasound)

Ultrasound of the main abdominal artery to screen for or follow an abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA). Measures the aorta’s size and checks for enlargement. Noninvasive, no radiation; fasting is often advised for clearer images.

Carotid (Peripheral Vascular Ultrasound)

An ultrasound exam that uses sound waves to create live images of your heart. It helps evaluate pumping strength, valve function, and fluid around the heart. A technician moves a small probe with gel on your chest; the test is noninvasive and uses no radiation.
